パッケージの含有量記載面の写真を添付いたします。●120カプセル入り●1カプセルに L-Theanine 200mgとInositol 100mg含有●一日の摂取量目安不明(Daily Value not established.)だそうです。1カプセルの写真も添付します。かなり小さくて飲みやすいカプセルで携帯もしやすいです。ちなみに、テアニンの摂取量と安全性についてをネットで検索すると、太陽化学のテアニン含有商品についての消費者庁の安全性評価シートが読めます。そちらからの引用では「L-テアニンを一日200mg摂取することについては、安全性に問題がなく」というくだりがあります。さらに安全性試験の実施情報として、「ヒト試験の結果、39名に4週間一日当たり100mgのL-テアニン連続摂取しても高い安全性を有することが示唆された。」「13名に4週間一日当たり2500mgでも高い安全性」とも書いてあります。わたしは一日合計3粒、600mg摂取していますが特に副作用等の問題は出ていません。摂取しない日だとかえって落ち込む、ということも無いです。リラックスしたい、集中したい時に使いそれについては体感できる効果が出ております。しかし、他の方が挙げていらした効能のうち、生理の辛さが軽減される効果は、痛みがあるのでまったく感じませんでした。そして普段から眠気があるせいか、睡眠導入の効果もほぼ無かったです。そういう訳で、効き目には個人差があるのかな、とは思います。結論を言えば、お値段も安いですし、安全性も高いので興味有るならばとりあえず試してみてもいいのではないでしょうか。

Theanine is brilliant when paired with CBD and coffee. I am usually a serious procrastinator, who spends, sometimes hours lacking focus and drive. Pop one of these and a cup of coffee and I'm good for at least 4hrs of serious study and writing, laser focused.
Plus as an added bonus you get really intense and memorable dreams and some of the best nights sleep around. I love this stuff.

今まで1カプセルあたり100mgのものを服用してましたが、私の場合2カプセルが適当な量でした。これを飲むと30分位で頭がリラックスモードに入るのがわかります。とても手軽で寝る前の必需サプリです。

Great mood booster of all happy chemical production in brain. Works better then pharmaceuticals and much much safer. Found in green tea. Makes me feel good and high before bed or whenevs.

Stressed out? anxiety? depression? emotional eater? Brain fog? Can’t sleep? Brain won’t “shut off”? Take this!!!
I developed anywhere from low to high grade general and social anxiety. I struggle with depression. I’m an emotional eater. All these things left me feeling like I didn’t know myself anymore, in a fog struggling to make decisions or leave the house. This saved me. I never took prescription drugs because I was scared of the side affects so my doctor told me to take this. One 200 mg pill first thing in the morning and one at night. (From what I’ve read online people can take up to 700mg a day depending on your level of anxiety) I was very skeptical as I’ve taken many other herbs that did nothing for me. But this....this is like finding a Wonkas golden ticket...but instead of taking you to crazy land it’s your ticket OUT!
This flat out clears my head. Gives me energy to complete tasks and enables me to process thoughts without stressing out. I don’t get jitters I don’t feel like I’m on caffeine (which I’m very sensitive to) I just feel like the “old me”. I’m hardly dealing with any breakthrough anxiety and when I do it never escalates into a panic or anxiety attack now. I find myself responding to stressors in a calm manner. Not engaging in things that would have sent me into a rage before taking this. I can formulate my thoughts better, speak my mind with ease and just have a better sense of self.
Now that I’m not emotionally ping ponging through life, I’ve found that I don’t have the desire to emotially eat and I have begun to lose some weight. (I thought I was being dramatic but when I did some research online it is actually prescribed for this issue) what a unexpected plus!
Sleeping has always been a huge issue for me. My thoughts were always racing. I’d be tired all day and as soon as I laid down....”oh wow let me play out every scinario of what I could have done better today” “let me think about every embarrassing moment I’ve caused myself since 1989”......NO MORE. Awesome for my anxiety and some other tips

I just received these last week and so far I am very impressed. For reference, I'm a 32 year old male who was born with anxiety. I've been taking one in the morning, and another at night, both about 30 minutes before my meals. The effects for me are very apparent and at first were a bit intense, but pleasant. It gives me a very calm sensation in my body and mind. I've already come across a few situations in the past week which normally would have caused me to go to a high state of anxiety. However, I was able to manage it much easier and with a clear mind. Another big bonus, is that when taken at night, especially on the nights that I exercise, I am so much more ready for bed. I have never been one that's able to doze off on the couch, but these make it quite easy to do. It's not a drowsy type of feeling, it's just that my brain is more calm with less thoughts shuffling through, so I start dozing.
I've been a life long sufferer of what I thought was 100% depression, but I've realized over the last few years that the anxiety is more of what's feeding my depression and is also the root cause. If you are similar, I not only recommend this pill, but also some other things I've started to try more natural remedies for anxiety such as therapy, routine exercise, occasional meditation (I should make this a habit), supplements, and healthy eating. I started all of this about 1.5 years ago and it definitely has helped. It's allowed me to drop off of my prescription anti-depressant a few months ago with advice from my doctor. I got over the withdrawal symptoms about 2 months ago which felt great.
Lately I had felt my anxiety stirring up a bit more and started to get some of that brain fog back. It was not nearly as bad as it had been in the past, but definitely an unwanted experience. I was having more difficulty getting to that feeling of calm. Meditation helps me a lot, but is tough to find time to do this during the day while working a full time job. I do it in the evenings and weekend mornings and is very helpful at calming me down. L-Theanine has helped me to reach that calmer state of mind and body regularly each day.
I'm also very sensitive to caffeine, as it has definitely heightened my anxiety in the past and I have been avoiding that for the last year. I found that caffeine with L-Theanine is less intense, but for me still produces heightened anxiety so I still avoid it.
If you've read this far, just know that I have only been taking this for a week. It can take more than you think to calm your brain down, so don't buy this pill with the intent of it being your only method of reducing your anxiety. Sometimes those inner voices (thoughts) just need to be listened to for a while, which is what meditation allows you to do. It's like letting your brain vent. There's plenty of great starter material online and mobile apps that guide you through it. The other routines I've listed in here really helped me so that is why I wanted to share them.
Overall I really enjoy this product and ordered a bottle for a close friend of mine who has ADHD. I am hoping it helps him bring more focus back into his daily life.
