About the Author

門間みか
1966年生まれ、宮城県仙台市出身。ぱん工房くーぷ主宰、管理栄養士。
11歳でパン作りに出会い、独学で10代を過ごしたのち、大学で理論を学ぶ。その後、パン教室、雑誌、書籍と活動の場を広げる。
現在は「ごはんを炊くようにパンを焼く」をモットーに、Instagramでレシピの公開やライブ配信などを積極的に行っている。
2007年の『ほんのりしあわせ。おうちパン』（集英社）は、パン作りのバイブルとして15年以上熱い支持を得ている。
近著に『ぱん工房くーぷ×オーヤマくんもっとリッチとリーンで30日』（明元舎）、『おいしいがうまれるところ」(稲田多佳子氏との共著／明元舎)、『きょうも、パンを焼こう』(PHP研究所)がある。

リッチな生地とリーンな生地の配合は簡単で記憶に残りやすく、何パンを焼くかはっきり決める前からとりあえず生地だけ仕込むことができます。
仕込んだ後バタバタと忙しくなった日はそれぞれ簡単に丸パンやプチパンにして焼いておけば、家族それぞれの好みで惣菜系サンドイッチにしたり、ジャムやバターで食べることもできるので、とても良いです。
毎日の朝食が前夜に焼いた手作りパンになりました。
