元々軽い可変式ケトルベルを使っていたのですが、刺激に慣れてしまい買うことにしました。梱包は綺麗で、中に入っていたケトルベルも当たり個体で凄いピカピカでした。そして1番驚いたのが、その小ささです。あまりにもコンパクトで、本当に重いのかと思いひと通り種目をしましたが、ちゃんと重くて良かったです。良い買い物をしました。ありがとうございました。

44歳になり、筋肥大の効率を求める必要がないのと、トレーニング後の疲労感からトレーニング頻度が落ち、また子育て中のため頻繁ジムに行くことは出来ないため、従来のトレーニングからケトルベルとブルガリアンサンドバッグと自重のトレーニングへ移行。

高頻度【朝と夜】を毎日やれるように。プレートの付け替えなどなく、クローゼットから出してトレーニングするだけ。

スクワットもケトルベルと重心の関係から、超絶フルスクワットが可能となり、十分に四頭筋に刺激が入ります。私はそのままショルダープレスへつなげます。殿筋まわりはケトルスイングで御尻へ刺激が入ります。そしてそのままランジへ。これらに併せて、プッシュアップバー、ブルガリアサンドバッグスイング、斜め懸垂【子ども用に買った折りたたみの鉄棒】をしてます。

これから公園などでダッシュトレーニングとパラシュートをつけてのトレーニングを再開する予定です。なんだかんだ、コロナの時期に自重とダッシュ系のトレーニングしてた頃が一番体のキレがあったなと思う今日このごろです。

アマゾン様やユーチューブ様がない頃は、ケトルベルなんて一個2マンくらいしてた記憶があります。需要と供給の増加でトレーニングするにはほんとに良い時代になりましたね。
