This book did seem To take a
Slower pace then the other books
So far , with a focus more on Jessie finding a way to connect with her gargoyle . But it’s still full of adventure , magic and the humour I’ve grown to love throughout this series so far !
I’m now at a Point that I know there’s only 8 books released so far and I don’t want to hit that having to wait haha however I don’t think I could stop reading now anyway! On to book 7 I go !

Get ready to be wowed by the Basajaunak. They’re hairy, scary, and madly protective of their names! Wouldn’t mind a trip to their neck of the woods, as long as I was invited of course…
I also absolutely loved seeing Niamh flex her cunning. Not only can she turn into terrifying beasties; she is wily, calculating, and BRILLIANT, and her level of omniscience is starting to terrify a few people.
For me this book felt like a build up for a massive book 7. Things were still happening, the story moved forward...but a lot of threads were left to be picked up and yanked at.
With each book I get so much more attached to these characters and this world ❤️ Very much looking forward to book 7.

I dont know KF Breene does it, but every series she writes takes us on an amazing journey with characters who you just want to meet. Book 6 in this series delivers more laughs and antics from Jessie and her crew as we meet the basajuank family. Character and story development as always, keeps these worlds thriving, and I cant wait for the next book in this series.
