Good but the stitching on the clip of the bag failed on first use, very lucky to spot it when it fell off my backpack where it was clipped on and not to have lost it before even using it.

    I bought one of these pillows for a long haul flight to Europe and back. I've had a lot of neck issues this year including bulging discs. This pillow gave me the required support and allowed me to get some sleep. It attached securely to the headrest and held my neck and head in place. After it arrived my husband tried it and got me to get him one too and he was also a happy customer. It rolls up into a small bag which you can clip to your backpack which makes for easy carrying.

    The side are too high - hurt the bottom of my ears and couldn't wear overhead headphones with it. Also made my neck quite hot. Will be giving away. Tried the trtl original on the flight as well - will be buying this. Can't use with headphones but much more comfortable.

    I went through a couple of these pillows already and all but gave up on them, but will stick with this one. It keeps your head from falling over when you nod off. After some trial and error on how to attach it to the airplane seat, I found that for me it is best to just put the two straps over both sides of the headrest. I am tall, but for a shorter person it would be better to unlatch the two straps and put them over the back of the whole headrest. I would recommend to only put it on when you are about to sleep as it is really bulky. However it squases neatly into the little bag and is then small and convenient to strap onto the luggage. It also comes off easily when you are straped to the seat, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to brace in an emergency. As all such devices, it will not replace a bed, but it is better than nothing on a long flight.
