My initial review was a one star not because of the book but because I didn’t receive it. It has finally arrived and I LOVE it. I have read up to chapter 3 and just had to review again as I didn’t know how to edit the previous review. I don’t usually review however I can feel the changes in myself by doing the mediations offered and feeling the energy of the words reach a deep into my soul. Thank you Lee and the Zs. This book sits on my bedside table dog eared and what currently resonates underlined. If you’re after both growth and change do yourself a favour and buy the book but don’t forget to Use the tools given.

Compared to Lee’s more recent book, i find the structure of this book a bit jarring and doesn’t flow quite as well but overall the content within is inspiring and you can jump around depending on where you’re at in your journey and always find something meaningful or insightful. i also appreciate it’s a slim volume and not an overwhelming amount of content.
