As a coach myself I strongly recommend the read to other coaches, but any person who is just considering setting out on the next chapter on their voyage of self-discovery will get a lot from reading this on their own.

What sets "Career Unstuck" apart is its approachability and user-friendly format. Packed with an array of tools and real-life examples, it effortlessly equips readers with an extensive collection of resources and references to assess, reflect upon, and proactively manage their career journeys. Charlotte expertly weaves in personal anecdotes and case studies, making the content relatable, engaging, and even humorous at times.
"Career Unstuck" also goes beyond being a career exploration guide. It adds an extra layer of value, particularly for strengths-based coaches offering numerous ideas, insights, and thought-provoking questions tailored specifically for coaches who leverage strengths-based approaches.
I've already gifted eight copies to clients, friends and fellow coaches. Whether you choose to read it cover to cover or dip in and out as needed, "Career Unstuck" is my must-have companion right now.
Charlotte places a great deal of emphasis on authenticity and self-awareness - who am I; what am I brilliant at doing naturally; and what makes me happy? For Charlotte, this perspective is because of her work as a CliftonStrengths coach, which adds value if you're familiar with Strengths, but definitely isn't required to benefit from her approach. I've now bought this book three times - twice I've given it away to help people "get unstuck!" You'll enjoy this book and enjoy sharing it too.
