    What a pleasure to find this self-help book that's deeply unique in its metaphoric approach to mental health in modern times. Through the narration of a fantastical voyage, the story relates the story of Sara, a middle-aged web designer living in the suburbs of New York who has a struggle to find her path in life. After a strange series of coincidences she ends up on a magical journey to an invisible island paradise which involves her facing her biggest challenges.

    Through an allegorical, informative and comprehensive story. The author successfully allows the reader to create an empathy connection with the protagonist.

    As a person that just started a new life in a different country, in a personal way, I felt deeply connected with Sara. She is a resilient character that reflects many common contemporary problems that we live in our daily lives as a consequence of modern society. The story will make you think and do a deep reflection on what you want in your life. A hard question that we all overlook at some point.

    This book is 5/5, a must read book. You won't regret it.
