杉 真理子（すぎ　まりこ）

アニマルコミュニケーター＆ヒーラー。
幼少時は、犬、猫、セキセイインコ、金魚などのペットに囲まれて育つ。開局時から勤めた神戸のFM局ではオーバーワークで体を壊して退職するも、結婚を機に念願だった犬を飼い、瞬く間に健康を取り戻す。
犬への恩返しをしたいと犬の自然療法を学ぶ。さらに我が家で生まれた子犬の死をきっかけにアニマルコミュニケーションやエネルギーワークをあれこれ学び、オリジナルのセラピーメソッドを開発。アニマルコミュニケーターとして2008年から活動をスタート。
現在はアニマルコミュニケーションやヒーリングのかたわら、ペットロス等についての各種通信講座の開講、動物の愛や彼らの使命、動物と飼い主のスピリチュアルなつながりについての執筆を行っている。
「動物・植物・鉱物・人間・見えない存在が幸せに共存する平和な地球」をテーマに活動中。家族は夫とシニア犬４頭。

真心が伝わってくるような自然な語り口で表現されているのがとても読みやすかったです。 著者の「動物・植物・鉱物・人間・見えない存在が幸せに共存する平和な地球」というテーマどおり、人それぞれの価値観に配慮し、読者を尊重して綴られているので、幅広くおすすめできる一冊だと感じました。 一点、注意が必要だとすれば、動物が好きな方だとたぶん前書きの五行だけで号泣必至です(笑) ペットロスの仕組みや悲しみの段階、感情および行動の意味、具体的な対処法などが時系列で詳しく書かれています。病気や安楽死についても、実例が紹介されています。 その作用は悪いことばかりでもないのだな、となんとなくでも理解できるとそれだけで自分のなかに、いつもだったら見逃してしまいそうに小さな、でも強く光っている、まるでずっと昔に失くした自分の一部であるかのようなギフトをもしっかりと受け取ってくれるキレイな器ができるのを感じました。 今、ペットがそばにいてもいなくても、病気であっても健康であっても この瞬間をどんなふうにその子と生きることが、自分にできるのか。 心の深いところに語りかけてくれる優しい本でした。 ありがとうございます。

この本には、飼い主さんは思いっきり泣いた方が良いとあり、その説明もあり腑に落ちました。

天国にいる愛犬が、いつも側に居てくれると信じているの者としては、納得しながら読み進める事が出来ました。
