とか普通に生活してれば当たり前のことをこじつけてるという人もいるでしょうが、そういう人はスピリチュアルに盲信する人のことを嫌うあまり作者や読者に投影してるだけではないかなと思います。
邪気というのは気の持ちようが晴れないことを環境因子とセットで考えてきた智慧のようなものなので、普通に環境を整えるということの捉え方であり方便だと思えばよいだけの話なのにと思います。
全否定的な物言いされてる方の心の荒れが乗り移らないように、こうやって書いて整理して結界を貼っておきます。。
すごく見やすくてスッキリした本でしたよ。
