In this groundbreaking new book, he draws on inside stories of transformations at multinationals like General Electric and Toyota, titans like Amazon and Facebook, and tech upstarts like Airbnb and Twilio. He lays out a new framework for entrepreneurial management- a comprehensive approach that kick starts innovation and delivers sustained growth, even in highly uncertain environments.
The Startup Way is an essential read for leaders, managers and entrepreneurs at any level. It's a revolutionary approach to incubating great ideas, turning all teams into startups, and inspiring everyone to think like an entrepreneur.

- Reviewed in Australia on 12 February 2019Verified PurchaseThis book brings a good mix of actionable insights and story telling. The key insights are around the innovation finance approach. I’d recommend it to organizations trying to figure out how to connect strategy, funding and governance with execution.
- Reviewed in Australia on 5 October 2020Verified PurchaseThis was a very insightful book following on from his Lean Start up.
Some of it went back to basics of being customer-centric and asking the hard questions, of building multi-functional teams at various levels of the organisations including top leadership and advocacy, legitimising the role of entrepreneurs/intrapreneurs and their career development and training, building in the sustainability of the transformation process.
Not all the answers but a great start and lessons learned. Well done.

5.0 out of 5 stars Tantissimi spunti interessanti

5.0 out of 5 stars A must read for anyone interested in growing a business or just getting things done
Verified PurchaseEric Ries has defined a simple, but effective set of principles and concepts which can be applied in any organisational construct to get things done in situations where there is a high level of uncertainty, whilst reducing risk. Well structured and clearly presented, the different chapters chart a progression from early experience amongst initial pioneers through to embedding. He shares some fantastic examples and brings it to life really well. The only improvement I could suggest would be some more diagrams to illustrate the concepts and some Appendices with things like templates

5.0 out of 5 stars Conceptuel et pratique
Verified PurchaseRares sont des livres de management qui donnent envie d’aller jusqu’au bout. L’application de la méthode agile en dehors de l’informatique semble donner également de bons résultats. À expérimenter très vite
