難しいうえに、不親切でよくわかりませんでした。
なので、簡単に書かれていて、わかりやすそうな本品を買って読んでみると、
すぐに頭に入ってきて、行政書士の問題集もスラスラ解けるようになりました。
このシリーズの、「民法」も買って読んでみましたが、同様でした。
法律の初学者にはお勧めだと思います。
